My job as a UX/UI Designer at Sync.me was challenging because we were a small startup in a competitive market, but luckily we grew up fast. For over 3 years I designed the whole UX/UI for both iOS and Android, using Apple and Google guidelines, which led to a 30% increase in user engagement and millions of new installations.
I am so grateful that I was able to bring my colorful point of view, as a designer, to millions of users all over the world.

As a UX/UI leader-designer at Sync.me, I set up new guidelines for the company, created new branding, designed the Sync.me logo, and built an exclusive app icon for the app.

Album-Sharing Feature
I designed a brand new feature in the app - Collaborative photo album sharing that allows users to create albums and share them with their phone contacts. It was supposed to be released in 2014 just before Sync.me decided to change the company goal to a contact ID app exclusively. As a product designer, I get to design many sketches that don't "see the sunlight" however I enjoy every single design I make, and feel very proud of any achievement.

Birthdays found an alternative world to play in
Working in a startup company, which relies on Facebook, Google and Apple, meant that I needed often to quickly change and adapt the app according to those companies' rules. "Birthdays" was a feature inside of the Sync.me app, however, at some point, we had to turn it into its own app - separated from Sync.me app. For that, I designed iOS and Android products, designed a new logo, different tabs, icons, and over 100 unique virtual greeting cards which kept our users engaged until we could combine the apps together again.

Birthdays app reminds users of their contacts’ birthdays and allows users to send creatively designed virtual cards in just a few taps.
